It is easy. Find the engine you want in our shop. Each page has real photos, the engine code, and the price in euros. Place the order, and we write back by email. We have the diesel engines most people ask for: M57, N47, N57, B47, and B57. We also have petrol engines like N54, N55, B48, B58, S55, S58, and S63. The badge on the back of the car is not enough to pick an engine. The year and the VIN tell us which one fits. The photos show the real engine you will get. Shipping in a crate from Hamburg costs 299,00 €. Many engines come with up to 12 months warranty.

We sell long block engines. We do not sell rebuilt engines. A long block is a used engine taken out of a donor car. It has the block, the cylinder head, the crankshaft, the pistons, the rods, the camshafts and the valve train. The inside parts are the original factory parts. We check every long block before we list it, and the photos show the exact engine you get. Parts like the turbo and manifolds come with it when you can see them in the photos. No new pistons, rings or bearings are fitted, so it is not a rebuild. This keeps the price low and the engine original.

Yes. Send us your 17-digit VIN and the engine you like. We check that it fits your car. You pay nothing for this, and you do it before you pay for the engine. BMW used the same badge for many years. Two cars called 330d can have very different engines. Your VIN clears that up. You can send the VIN from the home page, from an engine page, or with your order. Ask us anything you want to know about the engine. The free check does not hold the engine for you. We pack it once you have paid.

These are five groups of BMW diesel engines. M57 is the older six-cylinder. N47 is a four-cylinder that came after it. N57 is the six-cylinder from the same time. B47 took over from N47, and B57 took over from N57. So a 320d from 2012 often has an N47. A 320d from 2015 often has a B47. If you get the wrong group, the parts around it will not line up. The last letter of the code matters too. N47D20C and N47D20A are not the same. Look at the plate, then let us check the VIN. Our guides help you find the right group. Four-cylinder diesels: M47, N47, and B47. Six-cylinder diesels: M57, N57, and B57. These go in cars like the 320d, 520d, 330d, 530d, X3, and X5. Yes. We sell petrol engines next to the diesels. You will find N54, N55, B48, B58, and M engines like S55, S58, and S63 when they are in stock. The same rule applies. The code must match your car. The photos show what comes with the engine. If a part is not in the photo, it is not in the crate. X6 engines have their own page, sorted by year. Use that page if your car is an X6.
